I was always pleased with Tarbox/Nucar service, where I have been a customer for many years. Today i came for oil and filter change (post warranty) and the service was completed sooner than estimated. This however was my first time as a handicapped customer. Andrew Chan was my consultant and I don't have enough good words to describe his kindness, courtesy, sensitivity and care. At the end Andrew went out of his way not only bringing the car to me in front of the waiting area (normally consultant will point out where about the car is parked on the lot), but offered to help me put my walker in the trunk and did not leave the side of the car until I was well seated behind the wheel. I never asked or anticipated any help as beeing recently handicapped I still have my independent attitude, but Andrew's emotional intelligence and empathy set my entire day on a happy note. Thank you very much!

We are very impressed with Nucar. We have been here a few times. We have had good service but my experience today has made Nucar our go to for service. We brought the Rav in because the rear door kept opening by it's self. We were sure we were in for a large bill They tested out the car, fixed our key fob, washed our car and returned it in a little over an hour with no charge. Taylor kept me informed, explained what they did, and said if I had any more issues to call. This is a dealership that cares about it's customers!!

Good service, straight to the point, delivered the car I wanted, would recommend if shopping for a toyota.

Not pushy! Tim was very pleasant and professional from start to finish. Extremely patient and soft spoken. I usually have the urge to leave 5 minutes after talking to a salesman, was very at ease with him. When it was time to learn all the devices in the car, which were many and unfamiliar to us, he made sure we knew how to operate each one. Thanks Tim, you are certainly an asset to Toyota.

Mr Rick Lewis has helped me out of some binds a few times he's somebody that doesn't feed you xx that you don't want to or don't need to hear it's straightforward and seems to be a stand-up guy! Always the first person I think of when I start having car troubles and know that it's time to jump in a new vehicle... thank you Rick for helping me over the years

Service in my opinion is the best in RI. I have tried most of the Toyota service centers and I must say no one has topped Tarbox. I bought a new car from one of the other dealers, and the service was bad Yes they have a 70% rating which is not good for Toyota. I ended up taking the car to Tarbox. Andrew was great he took care of the service and called me ahead of the original quoted time frame.

John is the best communicator regarding the services your car receives and what might need to be completed in the near future. He always makes me feel that I am his top priority.

I contacted over 80 dealers all over the US looking for a 6MT Supra. Nucar was the only dealer I found with no insane markup that actually had a car available. Even with 3K shipping to get the car to Colorado - I got a GREAT deal. Plus they were awesome to work with. I can't say enough good things about this dealership!

I always hated car shopping I thought it was the worst job in the world. However I had a good experience at Nucar Tarbox Toyota dealership , my salesman's name was Bruno and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and to my surprise I did not find him pushy at all. I found the dealership in general was good to deal with and was reasonable,I found the price of the vehicle I was purchasing ,and the trade in value of my vehicle was fair after a short negotiation.

I was able just drive in for my 20 thousand mile check up get my oil change tire rotation and 30 point check up also a state inspection all with in 90 minutes. Mark my service writer was personable and helpful.

Every experience I’ve had has been smooth, and to the point. I’m a busy person, just like everyone else, and when I stop to maintain my truck, I appreciate it getting done in an efficient and timely fashion. I’d send anyone with a Toyota, to your service team, your way with confidence.

Absolutely perfect. Andrew took my car to be washed, my great granddaughter had spilled ice cream in back seat and Andrew had it cleaned. If possible I would rate 20 out of 10.

Purchasing a car today is certainly a different experience than it used to be . Other than the fact that there was now way to know" exactly" when my new car would arrive, Kyle kept me up to date as best he could. He, and everyone else we delt with, was pleasant and personable. I've always had positive experience with the service department on my previous vehicles. I'll be coming back !

I had my car serviced and the Tarbox service rep was Andrew Chan. I have spoken with Andrew before and he is personable, hard-working, clear and responsible. I really appreciated how work yesterday, and everything proceeded very quickly. I have never had a complaint about this dealership since I began working with them in 2008, and Andrew Chan has always been wonderful.

The service department at Tarbox is top notch and one of the reasons I will keep buying cars there. Between Toyotas I briefly owned another popular car brand and their service and dealership were awful, so I came back to Tarbox. The staff is professional and friendly, always able to answer my questions. Brad assisted me this week and he was very helpful, from telling me how long it would take to finding the right touch up paint (which was applied in the shop - a big help!) The waiting area is open, bright and clean.

Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and pleasant.The sales and finance people that I had dealings with were Andrew Wallace, Rick Lewis and Lee. Also, I had 1 call with Andrew Potter. It was a very good experience. I certainly appreciated how good they were.
